Our story

Founded by interpreters who know the language barrier first-hand

Softlancer LLC was founded in December 2022 by Mubasher Sharif and his wife — both interpreters.

After nearly a decade as an interpreter, especially helping patients facing language barriers, Mubasher set out to build a company that supports interpreters and the organisations that rely on them. His wife, also an interpreter, has been a major source of inspiration and motivation throughout the journey.
